If you also note Bioware does not flat out deny a PS3 version in the future, they simple state a reason why there is PS3 code in ME2.
Until EA (not Bioware) state clearly that there will never be a PS3 version they will only help to fuel to fire by continuing with their "no comment" answers.

1) Reduce the PSPGo price by at least $50.
2) Require every new release UMD game to release on the PSN the same day and cost $5-$10 cheaper seeing how you can't trade it in, no hard copy etc.
And there's your PSPGo sales increase.

It's pathetic when sites need to make flamebait titles like this.
Your first point is correct, it's overpriced, but your second isn't exactly correct seeing how you can buy it in black and white.
The issues people have with it is:
A) Overpriced.
B) Lack of games on PSN.
C) Lack of ability to transfer UMD games onto the PSPGo.
